Distru consistently fails to deliver. Syncing with Metrc is very slow. The platform is filled with technical bugs that make even basic tasks unreliable. Rather than addressing its core issues, Distru seems to lean heavily on its support team to do damage control. But no customer service can fix a system that’s fundamentally broken. Users deserve functional software.
