How we handle content complaints
Every report is read by an editor. If a page breaches our content guidelines — plagiarised, misleading, or promotional without disclosure — we correct it or take it down, and removals are permanent. We're currently reviewing our entire back catalogue against those standards, so some older articles have already been removed.
Vendors can claim a profile to respond to reviews. We don't remove a review simply because it's negative — our review policy explains how disputes are settled.
