I'm one month postpartum and the waist cincher is so comfy doesn't hurt snatches you up without hurting you, isn't to tight, it's super stretchy and it doesn't itch your body, I went on a walk and it feels like nothing.

I am 180 and 5'2 (I'm working on getting down to 140). After having my 3rd I ballooned and just could not get the weight off. I have used multiple waist trainers however I have to say out of all of them this one is not only very comfortable but it is breathable, does not roll up either!

Their cami increases the results of toning and sculpting my body while working in my home gym. After a week of wearing it I am pleased with how many inches of excess fat it has helped to take off of my upper body. I add the sweat now gel and it has make the results even better. I wear their cami daily. It is a very comfortable fit and with the gel and cream it increases the heat and rapidly decreases the appearance of cellulite.

This is a GO!!!! I love this brand. Their waist trainer does exactly what I needed. I have noticed a major difference in my back and tummy. My back rolls went down so much and bra strap rolls. Within a month I have to order another one 1 size smaller because mine is becoming to big to train in. The material is excellent does not make me itchy and it in smooth and comfortable.. just wear it around the house and do the extra mile as you're cooking.. squat baby. The material would warm you up and you won't notice the sweat until you take the trainer off. I swear you will work up a sweat.. so imagine if you really exercise.
