We're a small assisted living community, and PointClickCare feels a bit like overkill for us. It's a very comprehensive system with a lot of features, but we really only need a basic EHR. Maybe they could offer a scaled-down version for smaller providers.

This software is powerful but it took me a while to get the hang of it. There are a lot of features, and the interface can be overwhelming at first. However, once I figured it out, I was impressed by the reporting capabilities. I can easily generate reports on things like medication errors or readmission rates.
