I used to love this app when it was ad-free and provided accurate answers. After the recent update, it has become unbearable. Ads pop up after every action, even when I try to take a picture of a question. On top of that, the AI often misinterprets my questions and provides completely unrelated answers. Once a useful study tool has now turned into an ad-infested cash grab.

they introduced a daily question limit, which means you have to pay to continue using it. And sometimes, the AI gives completely unrelated answers! I’ve switched to another app that doesn’t shell me with advertisements.

I purchased a one-time plan from Question AI, only to find out later that they charged me $10 for a subscription I never signed up for. When I reached out for a refund, they initially responded asking for my order details, but after I provided them, they suddenly claimed they couldn't find my order. I even sent them a bank statement, and they stopped responding. This is beyond frustrating. Be careful before making any purchases!!
