I wish I could get my money back. The packaging looked fancy, so I had high hopes, but when I used it, the suction was so weak it didn’t do anything. I tried it multiple times, thinking maybe I wasn’t using it right, but nope, it just doesn’t work. I paid over 100 bucks for something that literally just lights up and buzzes. Total waste.

When i finally received my order i noticed the device looked a bit different from others that i have found in peoples reviews. The power button was jammed and the display screen didn’t work properly. I tried using it anyway, thinking maybe it was just a minor glitch i was wrong. I contacted customer service hoping for a quick exchange. After waiting over two days for a response, I was told to follow some troubleshooting steps which I did but nothing changed. So I followed up but the responses were slow and they did nothing. They kept asking me to try the same steps over and over, even though I’d already explained that I had done so. Now i accept that i justo got scammed and my money will never come back.
