GeniusFirms is operated by Socialbent (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We believe in being open about how we make money, because trust is the foundation of a review platform. This page explains the commercial relationships that may exist between GeniusFirms and the businesses (“Vendors”) featured on our site, and — most importantly — how we keep those relationships from influencing our rankings and editorial assessments.
Running GeniusFirms — researching Vendors, hosting reviews, and maintaining the site — costs money. We fund this through the following methods. Not every Vendor or page involves a paid relationship, and we identify paid placements wherever they appear.
This is the most important part of this page. A commercial relationship with a Vendor — whether a paid plan, a sponsored placement, an affiliate arrangement, or advertising — does not influence:
Our rankings and editorial judgments are made independently, using the same criteria for every Vendor regardless of whether they pay us. We explain those criteria on our How We Rate, Rank & Verify page. Sponsored and paid placements are presented separately from, and clearly distinguished from, our independent editorial content. We do not guarantee any Vendor a particular ranking, rating, lead volume, or business result in exchange for payment.
Wherever a relationship is paid, we aim to make it obvious. You may see labels such as “Sponsored,” “Ad,” “Promoted,” “Paid partner,” or a note that a link is an affiliate link. If you are ever unsure whether a particular placement is paid, contact us and we will tell you.
Reviews submitted by users reflect the opinions and experiences of those individual users, not GeniusFirms or Socialbent. We do not write fake reviews, and we do not allow Vendors to pay to alter, remove, or suppress genuine user reviews. To identify the businesses we cover, GeniusFirms displays Vendor names, logos, and — where helpful — pricing screenshots. These trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes; their display does not imply any endorsement, partnership, or affiliation unless we state otherwise. Pricing shown may change at the source and may not always be current; please confirm pricing directly with the Vendor. News summaries on the site are our own rewrites of publicly reported information. If you own rights in material on our site and believe it has been used improperly, see the copyright notice-and-takedown process in our Terms & Conditions.
Where we participate in an affiliate or partner program that requires specific disclosure wording, we will include that wording on the relevant pages. We will update this page if we join such programs in the future.
You are never obligated to click an affiliate link, use a sponsored Vendor, or purchase anything. Using a non-affiliate route to a Vendor costs you nothing extra and does not change the price you pay. Our goal is simply to help you make an informed choice.
