I like the planning side, but the menus could be better. Some options feel hidden, and I often click around more than expected just to find a setting I have used before.

Good product, but definitely expensive. The subscription is only one part of the cost. Training, consulting, and ongoing admin work also add up.

We mainly use it for monthly forecasting and headcount planning. The numbers update quickly, and department managers can enter their own data. It saves our finance team a lot of follow-up emails.

Not bad, not amazing either. It handles budgeting well, but I still go back to Excel for certain detailed reports. I expected the browser reporting tools to be more flexible.

Honestly, it took me a while to understand the platform. It is not the type of software you open and instantly know what to do. Once I got used to it, though, forecasting became much easier.

Adaptive planning has made budgeting much less stressful for our team. Earlier, we had too many Excel files moving around. Now most things are in one place, and everyone can see the latest numbers.
