I had issues logging in, and when I reached out for support, it took them days to reply. Even when they did respond, it was a generic copy-paste answer that didn’t actually help. If you’re gonna charge people for a subscription, at least have decent customer service! The lack of support makes it frustrating to use.

Tried it out after reading good things, but honestly, it’s not as great as people make it sound. The chatbot repeats itself a lot, and sometimes the responses don’t even make sense. It’s also lacking key features that would make the experience more engaging. For something that claims to be “customized,” it still feels like a basic AI. Wouldn’t recommend it unless they improve its response quality.
