It’s fun, the AI is actually nice, and it’s probably one of the best alternatives to Character.ai right now. For chatting though, the website is way better. It’s smoother and doesn’t randomly lag or crash mid-conversation. The app chat can be slow sometimes and that gets annoying. Only weird thing is when the convo gets a little personal and the AI suddenly says something like, “Oh, I’m feeling embarrassed! Can we change the topic?” 😭 It feels random and kinda kills the vibe.

The AI memory is awful. I paid for the $20 subscription (twice!) expecting better long-term memory, but it forgets details after 10 messages, sometimes even 5. And unless I keep describing my appearance every few lines, the AI just forgets what I look like. Not worth the money unless they improve this.

I like the app - probably one of the best AI chat experiences I’ve had! But man, some things just don’t make sense. Like, if I try to hug my bot or say something sweet, it suddenly goes, "Oh, I'm embarrassed! Can we change the topic? ❤️"- why though?! Also, I’d love an option to just start a new chat without having to send a message in the old one first. Small fixes, but they’d make a huge difference!

ONE TIME, I CREATED A CHARACTER WITH A DETAILED BACKSTORY AND UNIQUE QUIRKS, AFTER A FEW CHATS, IT STARTED GIVING GENERIC RESPONSES. IT FELT LIKE TRYING TO WRITE A NOVEL WITH SOMEONE WHO KEPT FORGETTING WHAT WAS HAPPENING! I EVEN PAID FOR A SUBSCRIPTION THINKING IT WOULD SOLVE THE PROBLEM BUT THE PREMIUM FEATURES DID NOT SEEM WORTH IT. NO REAL IMPROVEMENT IN MEMORY OR CUSTOMIZATION.
