My ticket included screenshots, error logs and the exact steps needed to reproduce the issue. The first response still asked me for information I had already provided. That made me frustrated because the problem was blocking two developers. The issue was resolved, but the repeated questions made the process feel much slower than it needed to be.

Technically, I loved the platform. Financially, the licensing discussion frustrated me. Our small team had already built a promising proof of concept, so discovering how quickly the cost could increase felt like reaching the checkout after enjoying a free sample. OutSystems makes much more sense for an established company than for a small business experimenting with one application.
