I canceled my subscription weeks before my next shipment, but Pestie charged me anyway. I contacted support multiple times, but they refused to issue a refund. Their cancellation policy is misleading, and their customer service is non-existent. Stay away from this company!

Pestie did absolutely nothing for my home. I followed the instructions exactly, yet the ants in my kitchen kept coming back. The sprayer was flimsy and leaked everywhere. When I contacted customer service, I received an automated response and no resolution. Save your money and buy something better.

It effectively eliminated the pests without causing harm. The only tricky part was the spray hose—it’s quite powerful, so I suggest trying it outdoors first to get a feel for it. I used it up faster than expected and reached out to request a refill, willing to pay. To my surprise, they sent it for free. Not only did it work better than Orkin, but it was also significantly more cost-effective.

I read a lot of Pestie Reviews before purchasing, so I was optimistic, but my experience wasn’t as great. The kit was easy to use, but unfortunately, it didn’t completely get rid of the pests.
