The calendar integration saved us from entering holidays twice. Approved leave appears alongside our normal work schedule, which has prevented a few accidental meeting bookings.

Timesheets worked most of the time, but we had a couple of entries disappear after saving. Nothing major was lost, although it made payroll week more stressful than it needed to be.

Leave approvals are quicker now, although the calendar becomes messy when several people are off during the same week. More filters would help.

The expense section has saved me from digging through WhatsApp photos of receipts. People upload everything there and I can see what is still waiting for approval.

Used it for tracking probation dates and nearly missed one before the reminders were set up. Now I get the notification early enough to arrange the meeting properly.

Good for basic HR jobs, but the reporting is a little thin. I wanted to create a more detailed absence report and ended up finishing it in Excel.

Receipts previously arrived through email, WhatsApp and sometimes even photographs sent to my personal number. Staff Squared gave us one proper route for submitting and reviewing them. Much better!
