SuperGrok Heavy ($300/mo). The top tier, launched July 9, 2025. The 10x price jump buys compute, not just features: you unlock Grok 4 Heavy, xAI's multi-agent reasoning model that runs several instances in parallel and compares answers, with a 256K-token context window and the highest benchmark scores in the lineup. As of July 2026 it is also the only consumer plan with confirmed full access to the newest Grok 4.5 model, plus the maximum rate limits everywhere and early previews of upcoming products.

X Premium ($8/mo) and X Premium+ ($40/mo). These bundle Grok inside an X subscription rather than selling it on its own. X Premium gives you basic Grok access plus the blue checkmark and platform perks. X Premium+ at $40 gives you fuller Grok access with ad-free browsing and creator features. The catch: if your goal is specifically to get more out of Grok as an AI tool, standalone SuperGrok at $30 gives you more AI capability for $10 less than X Premium+. The bundle only wins if you genuinely value the X platform too.

There is also a Grok Business plan at around $30 per seat per month for teams that need admin controls, seat management and compliance features like SOC 2, which is a different product from the consumer SuperGrok tiers.
